Al Garvey was quite active in I.B.M. Ring 55 and served on the Board. Along with John Alexander, Al invented a colorful card trick showing Caterpillars becoming Butterflies, called “Metamorphosis”, which he marketed with success. Al was also an avid songwriter, having written dozens and dozens of songs in his lifetime.
