On June 27th, 1948 Ring 55 conducted a headstone dedication service on behalf of the Magicians Guild at the grave of Paul Valadon, a very famous magician of years past. Valadon is buried in Greenwood Memorial Cemetery in Phoenix. Since the grave had been unmarked for may years much nationwide interest was shown upon its discovery. The Mystic Thirteen Club laid a wreath on the grave during the ceremony. Both the Associated Press and United Press featured nationwide news articles on the discovery of the grave and the ensuing ceremony. Click on the photo of Ed Keener for more info and links.
