Bill Black spent many years active with IBM Ring 55. He was President for a number of years and helped organize a couple of the Phoenix Magic Conventions in the 1980's. As of this publication, he is now a “cowboy poet” living in Tucson, having retired from being a Postal Inspector for the United States Postal System.
